摘要
近年来在建筑行业快速发展的过程中，新型预制装配式住宅建筑工程项目的数量和规模开始增加，施工质量和水平受到广泛重视，合理进行施工技术的操作势在必行。基于此，本文分析新型预制装配式住宅建筑，提出施工技术的应用措施，旨在为提高新型预制装配式住宅的施工效果而提供帮助。

Abstract
In recent years, in the process of the rapid development of the construction industry, the number and scale of new prefabricated residential construction projects began to increase, the construction quality and level have been widely valued, and it is imperative that a reasonable construction technology is operated. Based on this, this paper analyzes the new prefabricated residential buildings, and puts forward the application measures of construction technology, aiming to provide help to improve the construction effect of the new prefabricated residential buildings.
