摘要

建筑行业发展是我国经济发展的重要基础，在一定程度上保证了国民经济的持续稳定增长。但建筑行业的持续发展同时也面临着巨大的挑战，其中工程施工经济管理工作对建设工作进行有效整合和创新成为了必然。随着我国经济体制改革不断深入，相关工程部门在工作中运用了一系列与工程项目息息相关的管理方式，通过这些方式促进了建筑业发展。本文从施工单位、工程管理以及项目经理等多个层面展开分析和探讨，以期为建筑行业管理工作做参考和借鉴。

Abstract

The development of the construction industry is an important basis for China's economic development, and to a certain extent, it ensures the sustainable and stable growth of the national economy. However, the sustainable development of the construction industry is also facing huge challenges, among which the economic management of engineering construction has become inevitable to effectively integrate and innovate the construction work. With the deepening of China's economic system reform, relevant engineering departments have used a series of management methods closely related to engineering projects in their work, which have promoted the development of the construction industry. This paper analyzes and discusses the construction unit, project management, project manager and other aspects in order to provide reference for the management of the construction industry.
