摘要

建筑业的发展对国家经济发展起到了重要作用。我国建筑业正处于改革时期，在市场环境、企业内部管理等方面均存在着较大的调整和完善，市场竞争日益激烈，施工企业在激烈的竞争中要想获得更好的发展就必须提升自身的竞争力。传统建筑施工企业发展模式相对单一，在发展过程中缺乏持续创新能力和资本实力，导致很多建筑工程项目运营不佳。从传统施工企业转变为全产业链运营，其面临的最大挑战是资金短缺。本文主要分析建筑业相关供应链金融模式下企业自身经营状况以及存在风险因素对其运营造成影响的原因，并提出解决措施以降低信用风险为基础，完善建筑施工企业相关政策措施以推动社会经济及行业持续健康发展。

Abstract

The development of the construction industry has played an important role in the national economic development. China's construction industry is in the period of reform. There is a great adjustment and improvement in the market environment, enterprise internal management and other aspects. The market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. If the construction enterprises want to achieve better development in the fierce competition, they must enhance their competitiveness. The development mode of traditional construction enterprises is relatively single, and they lack sustainable innovation ability and capital strength in the development process, resulting in poor operation of many construction projects. The biggest challenge of transforming traditional construction enterprises into full industrial chain operation is the shortage of funds. This paper mainly analyzes the enterprise's own operation status under the supply chain financial model related to the construction industry and the reasons for the impact of the existing risk factors on its operation, and proposes solutions based on reducing credit risk, improve the relevant policies and measures of construction enterprises to promote the sustainable and healthy development of social economy and the industry.
