摘要

近年来，随着中国改革开放的深入发展、社会主义市场经济的不断发展，中国企业已经在逐步走向成熟。新时代背景下，中国企业新闻舆论工作也必须跟上。建筑施工企业，是指由具有独立法人资格的建筑与工程施工企业组成或由具有独立法人资格的建筑与工程开发公司、投资建设项目经营管理联合体。它涉及到国民经济发展中几乎所有有关经济、政治、文化等领域。该领域新闻舆论工作任务重、要求高，尤其是在党的十九大召开之后，社会大众更多地从国家政治和经济等方面关注社会舆论问题。由于新时代背景下新媒体的广泛应用，使得传统行业与新兴行业之间越来越多地出现了一些互动。这些互动有不同层次、不同领域之分。其中也包括文化传播方面的活动。通过利用媒体这个平台以其丰富且具有很强传播力的形式来加强企业的新闻宣传和舆论引导等工作，能够更好地发挥宣传舆论引导的作用，提高企业发展水平。

Abstract

In recent years, with the in-depth development of China's reform and opening up and the continuous development of the socialist market economy, Chinese enterprises have gradually become mature. Under the background of the new era, the news and public opinion work of Chinese enterprises must also keep up. Construction enterprises refer to the construction and engineering construction enterprises with independent legal personality or the construction and engineering development companies and investment and construction project management consortia with independent legal personality. It involves almost all relevant fields such as economy, politics and culture in the development of national economy. The work of news and public opinion in this field has a heavy task and high requirements. Especially after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the public paid more attention to the issue of public opinion from the political and economic aspects of the country. Due to the extensive application of new media in the new era, there are more and more interactions between traditional industries and emerging industries. These interactions are divided into different levels and fields. It also includes cultural communication activities. By using the media platform to strengthen the enterprise's news publicity and public opinion guidance in the form of its rich and strong communication power, we can better play the role of publicity and public opinion guidance and improve the enterprise's development level.
