摘要

盾构隧道下穿既有建筑物是城市地下交通建设中的常见工程问题,如何有效控制沉降是保障建筑物安全的关键。本文研究了盾构隧道施工过程中沉降的控制技术,重点分析了沉降预测、监测和应对措施。通过分析不同施工方法对沉降的影响,提出了基于地质条件、隧道设计与施工工艺的综合沉降控制策略。结合实际案例,探讨了施工过程中的应急处理方法,旨在为类似工程提供技术指导和实践经验,确保施工过程中的建筑物稳定性与安全性。

Abstract

Shield tunneling beneath existing structures constitutes a common engineering challenge in urban underground transportation systems. Effective settlement control remains crucial for ensuring building safety. This study investigates settlement management techniques during shield tunnel construction, with particular focus on prediction, monitoring, and response strategies. By analyzing the impact of different construction methods on settlement, we propose an integrated strategy combining geological conditions, tunnel design, and construction processes. Through case studies, this paper explores emergency response measures during construction, aiming to provide technical guidance and practical experience for similar projects to ensure structural stability and safety throughout the construction process.
