摘要
建筑施工组织管理是工程项目管理的核心环节,直接关系到项目成本、进度、质量、安全等目标的实现。随着建筑行业转型升级和市场竞争加剧,传统施工组织管理模式面临诸多挑战,新型管理模式不断涌现。本文系统综述了建筑施工组织管理模式的理论发展与实践应用,将管理模式划分为传统DBB模式、集成化EPC模式、关系型交付模式、精益建造模式、智慧工地模式、绿色施工模式等主要类型,分析各类模式的组织架构、管理流程、适用条件及实施效果。在此基础上,深入探讨了施工组织管理中的生产组织优化、数字化管理创新、安全与风险管理等关键问题。研究表明,当前建筑施工组织管理模式呈现出集成化、精益化、数字化、绿色化的发展趋势,EPC总承包、智慧工地、精益建造等模式在提升项目绩效方面展现出显著优势。未来应加强模式创新与技术进步的协同发展,推动组织管理向数字化、智能化方向演进,实现施工组织管理的高质量发展。

Abstract
Construction organization management is the core link of engineering project management, directly related to the realization of project cost, schedule, quality, safety and other objectives. With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and the intensification of market competition, traditional construction organization management models are facing many challenges, and new management models are constantly emerging. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical development and practical application of construction organization management models, classifying management models into major types such as traditional DBB model, integrated EPC model, relational delivery model, lean construction model, smart construction site model, and green construction model, and analyzes the organizational structure, management process, applicable conditions, and implementation effects of various models. On this basis, key issues such as production organization optimization, digital management innovation, safety and risk management in construction organization management are deeply explored. Research shows that current construction organization management models present development trends of integration, leanness, digitalization, and greening. Models such as EPC general contracting, smart construction sites, and lean construction show significant advantages in improving project performance. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the coordinated development of model innovation and technological progress, promote the evolution of organizational management towards digitalization and intelligence, and achieve high-quality development of construction organization management.
