Problems and countermeasures in the structural design of high-rise residential buildings in Laixi area
莱西地区高层住宅结构设计中存在的问题及处理对策

摘要

随着我国社会经济的增长与城市化建设脚步的加快，莱西地区的高层住宅数量也在呈几何倍数增长。高层住宅的建设可以有效减缓莱西地区用地紧张的情况，推动莱西地区更好发展。与普通建筑相比，高层住宅建筑具有更高的施工要求、更大的施工难度，其受荷载力较大，如若在结构设计过程之中产生问题，则会致使高层住宅出现侧移现象，从而严重危害居住人员的财产与生命安全。本文主要针对此种情况对高层住宅结构设计特征以及其在设计过程之中出现的问题进行深入探究，并给予了相应对策。

The construction of high-rise residential buildings can effectively alleviate the shortage of land in the Lacey area and promote the better development of the Lacey area. Compared with ordinary buildings, high-rise residential buildings have higher construction requirements and greater construction difficulties, and their load capacity is relatively large. Seriously endanger the property and life safety of occupants. Aiming at this situation, this paper makes an in-depth study on the design features of high-rise residential structures and the problems that arise in the design process, and gives corresponding countermeasures.
