摘要

近些年，我国的经济得到了前所未有的发展，人民的生活水平也在逐渐提高，随着居住环境的改善，各类项目工程也得到了新的发展契机，而建筑工程作为居民生活的重点工程之一，在多年的发展中，也得到了创新管理。本文阐述了建筑工程造价控制与管理的作用，提出了建筑造价招标控制与管理措施。
